Registration: You must register to bid with a valid credit card. Your assigned bidder number will remain valid for all future R.I.C.E. on-line auctions.
Buyers Premium: 15% buyers premium will be added to every purchase. Example: your winning bid is $100, you will be billed $115 at closing. A 3% Discount will be applied for those who pay in Cash or Cashiers Check (12% buyers premium for cash).
Payment: We accept Cash, Cashiers Check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Those who choose to pay by cash or cashiers check must notify R.I.C.E. auctions after the close of each auction and must pick up on the designated load out day. If the winning bidder does not pick up on designated day or make other arrangements with R.I.C.E. auctions, the card will be charged immediately at the close of that day.
Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all totals. Exceptions- 1. Before the end of the auction, a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption form is emailed to us. 2. If the sale is a total liquidation held on-line/on-site, where removal will be at the items original location, no sales tax will be charged.

Shipping: We will ship nation wide and have partners in the industry to provide very discounted pricing. Smaller packages (generally under 150 lbs) will be shipped UPS or USPS. Larger items that require truck shipment will be palletized for shipment. In all cases, the winning bidder is responsible for all costs including any or all of the following: freight costs, insurance, palletizing fees, packing fees and any special requested shipping instructions.
