This is a Coin Auction. All coins are available for preview and the photos taken are the coins that you are bidding on. All sales are final and are sold as-is where-is. We do our best to identify each coin the photos are taken with high-quality equipment and will supersede the description of it. The auction starts closing Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 12:00 pm est. - dynamic live/online auction simulated, 1 lot per minute will close, any bid placed with under 3 minutes to go, the clock resets to 3 minutes on that lot. Feel free to call 717-331-6562 with any questions.
Preview / Inspection – PAN Coin Show October 19, 20, 21, and 22, 2022 till auction. Must have ID to pick up coins.
Removal & Pick up – PAN Coin Show on Saturday, October 22, 2022, after the auction or Call for pickup at Hustontown, PA or we can mail it to you, Buyer pays for shipping. Please see shipping. We can make other arrangments for pickup if you contact us before placing bid.

Coins are not taxable. SALES TAX will be charged per PA sales tax laws (you may be required, on your own behalf, to submit the tax under sales & use tax for business expenses). The auction will be conducted online for all bidding. Preview and pick-up will be held at the location of PAN Coin Show in Monroeville, PA. Pick up ONLY - See date & time - this is the ONLY time, please do not bid if you cannot make the window.
Shipping - There will be very minimal shipping from this location. SMALL items ONLY! USPS one rate boxes only, Insurance with a signed receipt. If it fits, it ships. Special arrangements will be required for a staff member to transport the items to the post office. A fee will apply. Thank you.

Card payments or Cash will be accepted on the day of pick up. Your credit or debit card MUST be the "chip" style card and be compatible with a chip reader. The ONLY other option is cash. WE DO NOT have the ability to swipe a card. PERIOD. We do NOT accept checks. Please do not show up and give a sob story, we will not be able to help you. Please help yourself by being prepared ahead of time. Thank you.
Pick-up: Bring all necessary equipment, tools, and workforce required to remove and load your purchases. We do not provide labor for removal. As always, you assume all risks and are responsible for securing items for travel.

Registration: You must register to bid with a valid credit card. Your assigned bidder number will remain valid for all future R.I.C.E. on-line auctions.
Buyers Premium: 15% buyers premium will be added to every purchase. Example: your winning bid is $100, you will be billed $115 at closing. A 3% Discount will be applied for those who pay in Cash or Cashiers Check (12% buyers premium for cash).
Payment: We accept Cash, Cashiers Check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Those who choose to pay by cash or cashiers check must notify R.I.C.E. auctions after the close of each auction and must pick up on the designated load out day. If the winning bidder does not pick up on designated day or make other arrangements with R.I.C.E. auctions, the card will be charged immediately at the close of that day.
Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all totals unless it is nontaxable. Exceptions- 1. Before the end of the auction, a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption form is emailed to us. 2. If the sale is a total liquidation held on-line/on-site, where removal will be at the item’s original location, no sales tax will be charged. 3. Items are nontaxable in the state of Pa
Pick up and/or Removal: Pick up Must be on the designated day unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. We have equipment necessary to load items from our warehouse, however the buyer/transporter assumes all responsibility for loading and securing the items for safe travel. In the event of an on-line/on-site sale, the buyer/transporter must bring all tools and manpower to properly and safely remove and load all items from the location.
Shipping: We will ship nationwide and have partners in the industry to provide very discounted pricing. Smaller packages Flat Rate boxes will be shipped UPS or USPS. In all cases, the winning bidder is responsible for all costs including any or all the following: freight costs, insurance, palletizing fees, packing fees and any special requested shipping instructions. Winning bidders must contact us at the close of the auction if they intend to ship. We can work with you and your carrier or arrange the shipping you need, in any event winning bidder assumes all costs associated with shipping.
