This is a fully transferrable pre-1986 machine gun that can be acquired through the same process as buying a suppressor. Chambered in .22LR these guns were originally marketed to law enforcement with the claim that their high rate of fire and low recoil would make them an incredibly effective weapons system. Even though they’re only chambered in .22LR, at 1200-1500 rounds per minute feeding from a detachable 177 round pan magazine, they pack a punch. They have been issued by a few corrections departments and police departments. This firearm is in excellent condition and features one original steel magazine, two aftermarket E&L polymer magazines, two winders, a magazine loading tool, CD manual, 18.5” barrel, spare 9” barrel, detachable rear stock, and custom case. This gun is currently available for immediate reform transfer to your transfer dealer or paper form 4 transfer to any PA residents who are local to the seller. Additional charges do apply for those wishing to have the firearm shipped to a transfer dealer.

Registration:You must register to bid with a valid credit card. Your assigned bidder number will remain valid for all future R.I.C.E. on-line auctions.
Buyer’s Premium: 15% buyers’ premium will be added to every purchase. Example: your winning bid is $100; you will be billed $115 at closing. A 3% Discount will be applied for those who pay in Cash or Cashier’s Check (plus buyers’ premium for cash).
Payment: We accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. Those who choose to pay by cash or cashier’s check must notify Great American Auction Co., LLC after the close of each auction and must pick up on the designated load out day. If the winning bidder does not pick up on designated day or make other arrangements with Great American Auction Co., LLC auctions, the card will be charged immediately at the close of that day.
Sales Tax:6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all totals. Exceptions- Before the end of the auction, a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption form is emailed to us.
Pick up and/or Removal: Pick up Must be on the designated day set up time and place with firearm transfer unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. The buyer/transporter assumes all responsibility for loading and securing the items for safe travel after pickup or mailing. In the event of an on-line/on-site sale, the buyer/transporter must bring all tools and manpower to remove and load all items from the location properly and safely.
Shipping: If state and local law allow us {Buyers Responsibility to know the law before asking Auction Company to ship any items.} We will ship nationwide and have partners in the industry to provide very discounted pricing. Smaller packages (generally under 150 lbs.) will be shipped UPS or USPS. Larger items that require truck shipment will be palletized for shipment. In all cases, the winning bidder is responsible for all costs including any or all the following: freight costs, insurance, palletizing fees, packing fees and any special requested shipping instructions and local and states laws. Winning bidders must contact us at the close of the auction if they intend to ship. We can work with you arrange the shipping you need, in any event winning bidder assumes all costs associated with shipping.
