The Bakers Pride BCO-E1 Cyclone convection oven evenly distributes heat through a fan built into the rear of the cabinet. Temperatures can be set anywhere from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Durability and corrosion resistance are provided by the stainless steel exterior construction, and product is visible through the double-pane thermal glass windows. Inside the oven, a light shines on product for visibility, and its porcelain walls are corrosion resistant. It has five chrome-plated racks and 11-position rack guides that are removable for cleaning.
The Bakers Pride BCO-E1 full-size convection oven has 60/40 split doors—one is larger than the other—that each have their own handle. While the left handle will open both doors, the door on the right must be closed first before both doors can be closed. The control panel is front mounted for accessibility during maintenance, and a two-speed fan motor provides a cool-down mode and low-speed setting that operates at 900 revolutions per minute. To alert the user, a 60-minute timer will continuously ring when the cooking time is finished.
